Note: Income tax returns are not accepted for employed persons.
We require part-time employees’ statutory declaration of income.
Monthly-rated part-time employees with a fixed monthly salary have to submit an employer’s letter stating their permanent staff status and salary received, including company stamp/ letterhead with the name, signature, and designation of certifying officer.
Hourly-rated part-time employees with a variable salary must submit the latest 12 months’ payslips or letter from employer stating the past 12 months’ salary, including company stamp/ letterhead with the name, signature, and designation of certifying officer.
Pensioners need to submit their payslip/ letter from their previous employer stating the monthly pension received.
Unemployed individuals need to submit a statutory declaration of unemployment. The statutory declaration can be made at the Rental Housing counter or at any HDB Branch.
