Renew or Terminate Licence
Your Licence for Home Office Scheme is valid for 5 years. Please follow these instructions to renew or terminate it.
Before your licence expires, HDB will send you a renewal notification. To continue operating your home office, you will need to renew your application via LicenceOne. Please prepare the following:
- Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for payment
Termination and/or non-renewal
If you intend to terminate your Licence for Home Office Scheme, or if the licence is not renewed, you must:
- Stop using your flat as a home office
- File a notice of change of business or company address with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority

The operating hours of the LicenceOne Helpdesk are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 2:00pm
