Renew or Terminate Licence

Your Licence for Home Office Scheme is valid for 5 years. Please follow these instructions to renew or terminate it.


Before your licence expires, HDB will send you a renewal notification. To continue operating your home office, you will need to renew your application via GoBusiness. Please prepare the following:

  • SingPass
  • Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for payment
Upon submission and payment, please print the approval letter available in the “Correspondence” tab for reference.

Termination and/or non-renewal

If you intend to terminate your Licence for Home Office Scheme, or if the licence is not renewed, you must:
