Application and Update Procedure
Please refer to these instructions to apply for a Licence for Home Office Scheme, or to update your business particulars.
You can apply for your Licence for Home Office Scheme, valid for 5 years, via LicenceOne. A non-refundable administration fee of $20 is required. You will need to prepare the following:
- Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for payment
Application by a Third Party Filer
A Third Party Filer is a member of a professional firm or filer who is authorised to make a submission on your behalf. In such cases, your Third Party Filer will need the following to make the application via LicenceOne:
- Your NRIC number
- A Letter of Authorisation from you
- Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for payment

The operating hours of the LicenceOne Helpdesk are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 2:00pm
Excluding Sunday and Public Holidays
