New flat

Announcement of flat sales launch

BTO flats: Quarterly launch

SBF flats: Twice-yearly launch

ROF flats: Twice-yearly launch

Application period

1 week from announcement of sales launch. Flat applications can only be made online.

For young couples buying a flat, find out if you are eligible for the deferred income assessment.

Notification of ballot results

BTO: About 3 weeks from the closing of the application period

SBF: About 1.5 months from the closing of the application period

ROF: About 1 week from the closing of the application period

Booking of flat

The selection exercise commences 1 to 2 weeks from the release of the ballot results and is dependent on your queue position.

If you have booked a flat, you can also apply for the following, if eligible:

Signing the Agreement for Lease

You can expect to sign the Agreement for Lease within 4 months of booking a flat.

The Staggered Downpayment Scheme will be offered to eligible applicants.

Keys collection

You can collect the keys to your new flat by the Estimated Completed Date (ECD).

The ECD varies across projects and you will be informed of the ECD when you are invited to book a flat. Depending on the progress of the construction works, your flat may be completed earlier. 

DBSS flats/ EC

DBSS flats and ECs are built and sold by private developers. You should check with the developers on the timeline for your purchase.
