Milestones

Check eligibility and plan your finances

You may find out your eligibility to buy an HDB flat, apply for housing grants and take an HDB housing loan using our eligibility check e-service. You may also plan your finances and work out your budget using our budget calculator.

Apply online

Apply for a new flat via the HDB Flat Portal during a sales launch. Find out more in modes of sales and application of flat. Subscribe to HDB eAlert Service to be notified of the sales launches.

You will receive the outcome of the ballot results via email.

Book a flat

The booking exercise for shortlisted applicants commences from 4 weeks after the release of the ballot results. It may take a few months to complete, depending on the flat supply and the take-up by the shortlisted applicants. You will be invited to book a flat based on your balloted queue position and receive the details 2 weeks before your booking appointment. Find out more on booking of flat.

Sign Agreement for Lease

You will be invited to sign the Agreement for Lease from 6 months after booking a flat. Find out more on sign Agreement for Lease.

Collect keys

You will be invited to collect keys when your booked new flat is completed. Find out more on key collection.
