Q1: Why can’t I select a specific date for renewal?
A1: Renewal is on a calendar month basis. A full month’s rate will be charged regardless of the commencement date.
Q2: What happens if I renew late?
A2: If you have not renewed your season parking for the month, you will be charged for short-term parking and cannot park your vehicle in lots reserved for season parking holders. Any short-term parking charges paid will not be refunded.
Q3: Why can’t I renew for a month even though I can select it?
A3: You already have an existing season parking for that month. Please select another month for renewal.
Q4: What is the maximum period I can renew my season parking for?
A4: You can renew your season parking for up to 12 months, subject to your eligibility and the availability of parking lots.
Q5: How do I know what priority I have been accorded?
