Overview This e-service enables you to make a new appointment with our Customer Relations Executives to clarify your queries on buying or selling an HDB flat, and manage your existing appointment.
Operating hours The service is available 24 hours daily except during scheduled down time.
Eligibility The e-Appointment can be used by any person, who has a SingPass.
Offline Procedures This service is available only electronically.

Q1: Who can make an appointment via e-Appointment ?
A1: The e-Appointment can be used by any person, who has a SingPass, to make a new appointment with our Customer Relations Executives to clarify his queries on buying or selling of an HDB flat.
Q2: How do I go about using the e-Appointment ?
A2: You would need to have a PC with Internet connection and a SingPass to log into the e-Appointment. When you are at the e-Appointment, there will be instructions to guide you through the application process for making an appointment online.
Q3: What information do I have to provide when making an appointment ?
A3: You will have to provide your mobile number and email address.
Q4: What information do I need to log in ?
A4: You will need to key in your identity number and your SingPass to log in.
Q5: For transactions involving Administrator/ Executor/ Public Trustee, whose SingPass should be used to book an appointment ?
A5: The person, who is submitting the online application, will have to log in using his own identity number and SingPass.
Q6: Is there any special hardware and software requirement that I need before I use the e-Appointment ?
A6: Other than the web browser, ie. Internet Explorer, you would also need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Q7: After I have submitted the application online, will I receive any acknowledgement or email from HDB ?
A7: Upon successful submission of the appointment, you will see an acknowledgement page. An email notification with the appointment details will also be sent to the email address you provided.
Q8: Is there any way I can view my appointment details ?
A8: If you need to view details of the appointment you have made, you can use the “View” option after accessing e-Appointment with your identity number and SingPass.
Q9: How can I change my appointment date/ time or change my contact details ?
A9: You can reschedule or change the information you have provided in the application on your own using the e-Appointment. You may use the “Update” option after accessing e-Appointment with your identity number and SingPass.
Q10: How do I cancel my appointment ?
A10: You can cancel your appointment on your own using the e-Appointment. You may use the “Cancel” option after accessing e-Appointment with your identity number and SingPass.
Q11: What do I need to bring for the appointment ?
A11: When you come for the appointment, you will have to bring along your identity card and documents relevant to your enquiry, such as income statements, Order of Court, etc. If you are making an enquiry on your spouse's behalf or another person's behalf, please bring the original copy of the authorisation letter and identity card of your spouse or of that person.

A12: You can access the e-Appointment service 24 hours a day (or 24/7), including Sundays and Public Holidays.
