Units Let by Marketing Agent

Simply follow these steps to find and tender for a commercial unit through the marketing agent:

• Check the units available for tender through the marketing agent to see which units are available for tender
• Contact the marketing agent to find out the tender procedure

For successful tender

• If your tender is successful, we will send you an official notification via a Letter of Acceptance. This is usually sent within 2 weeks from the date the final bidding results are published on the notice board and the InfoWeb
• Before you execute your Tenancy Agreement, please prepare the necessary documents
