    The Government will defer the launch of a mixed commercial and residential site at Upper Serangoon Road, which was scheduled for sale in December 2016, under the Confirmed List of 2nd Half 2016 (2H2016) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. The proposed site is for a mixed-use development in Bidadari estate.

     

    2          The details of the proposed site, as announced under the 2H2016 GLS Programme, are as follows:

    (1) The actual number of housing units and commercial space could be different from the estimated quantum depending on the actual plans of the developer in terms of mix of uses and the size of the housing units.

     

    3          The launch of the site will be deferred till 1st Quarter 2017, to allow the site requirements for comprehensive development to be finalised.  The Housing & Development Board, as the Government’s land sales agent, will make an announcement when the site is finalised for sale.
