    The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) released three residential sites at Clementi Avenue 1, Jalan Tembusu and Senja Close for sale today under the 2nd half 2022 (2H2022) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

     

    The URA sites at Clementi Avenue 1 and Jalan Tembusu, and HDB Executive Condominium site at Senja Close are available for application under the Reserve List. Together, these three sites can yield about 1,625 residential units.

     

    Details on the land parcels can be found in Annex 1 and the location plans in Annex 2.
