The Housing & Development Board (HDB), as the Government’s land sales agent, has launched a residential site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 for sale by public tender today, under the Confirmed List of 2nd Half 2021 (2H2021) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

2     The site can potentially yield about 375 residential units. Details on the land parcel can be found in Annex 1, and the location plan is in Annex 2.

3    The tender for the land parcel at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 will close at 12:00 noon on 8 March 2022. The tender closing for this site will be batched with a residential site at Dairy Farm Walk, which was launched by URA in October 2021 under the Confirmed List of 2H2021 GLS Programme.
