    HDB’s Punggol and Queensway Branches will be relocating to their new locations and commence operations in September 2022:


    • From Thursday, 1 September[1], Punggol Branch, currently located at 80 Punggol Field #B1-02, Singapore 828815,will operate at One Punggol, an integrated community hub at 1 Punggol Drive, Singapore 828629; and

    • From Monday, 5 September[2], Queensway Branch will be relocated to Blk 38A Margaret Drive #03-21, Singapore 142038, from its existing location at 46 Commonwealth Drive, Singapore 143046.

    Relocation of Punggol Branch

    2        With the relocation to One Punggol from 1 September 2022, Punggol Branch will be housed under one roof with other government agencies at the ServiceSG Centre, which is a short 5-minute walk from the Punggol MRT station (See Annex A).  This will enable residents to enjoy the convenience of one-stop access to services offered by more than 20 government agencies.


    3        Punggol Branch services will be available from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays).  Customers can also transact, or access HDB’s e-services at the self-help kiosks at the Digital Lobby, which will remain open until 10:00 pm daily.


    Relocation of Queensway Branch


    4        With the impending redevelopment of the Tanglin Halt area under the Selective En-bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS), Queensway Branch will relocate to Blk 38A Margaret Drive. The new location is close tonew BTO precincts such as SkyOasis@Dawson and SkyResidence@Dawson (see Annex B)With the relocation, Queensway Branch will also be renamed Queenstown Branch to better reflect the area that it serves and for better recall among residents. Queenstown Branch’s services will be available from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays).


    Leveraging Technology for Greater Convenience


    Convenient 24/7 access to e-Lobby


    5        To provide more convenience for residents, the new Punggol and Queenstown Branches will be equipped with self-help e-Kiosks, AXS stations and cash payment kiosks. Residents can use these kiosks to perform online transactions[3] with HDB, including the application and renewal of season parking, renting out of flat, as well as the addition and removal of occupiers from their flat. Service ambassadors will also be on hand at these Branches to guide residents in using these e-services. In addition to these kiosks, residents can access a wide range of HDB’s services online, by visiting the HDB InfoWEB or our Mobile@HDB application. Residents using the HDB InfoWEB or Mobile@HDB application can transact with HDB anywhere and on the go, without the need to visit the Branches physically for these transactions.


    Scheduling of e-Appointments


    6        Residents who wish to visit the newly relocated Branches can schedule an e-appointment through the HDB InfoWEB. This will reduce the need for them to wait in line to be served.
