From Sunday, 21 April 2019, some stretches of the road network within Bidadari estate will open to traffic. New traffic lights will also be commissioned.

2          The changes, which are part of the development of Bidadari estate, are as follows:

1. Two new signalised pedestrian and bicycle crossings along Bidadari Park Drive will be commissioned. They will serve future residents of nearby housing developments Woodleigh Village and Woodleigh Hillside.
    
2. The existing traffic junction of Upper Aljunied Road and Vernon Park will be altered with the partial opening of Alkaff Crescent to public.
    
3. The new traffic junction of Bidadari Park Drive and Bartley Walk will be commissioned with the partial opening of Bidadari Park Drive and Bartley Walk to public.
    
4. Lastly, a new left turn slip lane will be opened to connect Upper Serangoon Road to Woodleigh Link.

3          Auxiliary police will be onsite to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and observe the traffic signal indications. Please refer to the Annex for details on the location of the changes.
