You are only allowed to conduct the installation or replacement of windows in an HDB flat if you are:

• A Building and Construction Authority (BCA) approved window contractor
  • You may get registered at BCA’s Registry System (CRS), under regulatory workhead RW01
  • For enquiries, please call BCA at 1800-342-5222
• Listed in the Directory of Renovation Contractors

Application Criteria

Before submitting your application, please ensure that you fulfil the following criteria:

• You must be a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
• You have attended and successfully completed the ‘Renovation for Public Housing’ training course and obtained a Certificate of Successful Completion
• Your company has been registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and BCA’s Registry System (CRS), under regulatory workhead RW01
• Your company must also:
  • Have a good track record
  • Have been profitable in the past one year, and have at least one full-time staff
  • Have a minimum paid up capital of $50,000 if it is a Private Limited company
• You and any partner/ director of the company:
  • Are not undischarged bankrupts
  • Do not have any criminal records, or record of any offences involving fraud and dishonesty

Required Documents

Please submit the following documents with your application:

• A recent passport-sized photograph

• Login to My Business
• Go to Renovation Contractors > Submit your application

We will evaluate the application and notify you of the results within 21 working days, provided all the required documents submitted are in order.

Fee and Payment

Upon successful application, you can pay the application fee of $100 via credit card. Alternatively, you can make payment via AXS kiosk or through the Mobile@HDB app.
