You will need to meet our application criteria when applying to be listed in the Directory of Renovation Contractors.

Directory of Renovation Contractors (DRC)

Contractors must be listed in the DRC before they can carry out renovations in HDB flats.

Training Courses

Contractors listed in the DRC are required to complete the ‘Renovation for Public Housing’ training course. There are also other courses available to help enhance your professionalism.
