Our Towns and Estates

Plantation Farmway is a green connector 1.3 kilometres long. It connects residential blocks with the town centre and other community facilities, such as playgrounds, fitness corners and community gardens.

Plantation Plaza is a Neighbourhood Centre that features 75 shops, including a supermarket, food court, and a wide variety of dining, retail, services, and recreational options, across 5 levels.

Garden Farmway is a green connector that spans 1.5 kilometres long and links the housing precincts in Garden District to recreational facilities, such as fitness corners, playgrounds, and community gardens. One end of Garden Farmway leads to the future Central Park, an extensive 20-hectare green lung. The other end leads to Tengah Pond, where you can enjoy retail and recreational facilities or take a stroll along the waterfront promenade.

Thematic playgrounds inspired by treehouses and common garden insects strengthen the visual identity of Garden District and inspire imaginative play.

A car-free Town Centre, where roads will run beneath, and the ground level is fully pedestrianised. With access to the future Jurong Region Line (JRL) and separated from roads and traffic, the town centre will be safe and friendly for residents to walk, cycle, and ride.

Parc Point, a new-generation Neighbourhood Centre, with a new polyclinic and over 40 shops offering a wide range of dining and retail options, within convenient reach of Tengah Bus Interchange.
