The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) released two residential sites at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 and Tengah Garden Walk for sale today under the second half 2020 (2H2020) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The URA site at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 and the HDB Executive Condominium site at Tengah Garden Walk are launched for sale under the Confirmed List. Together, these two sites can yield about 985 residential units.

Details on the land parcels can be found in Annex 1 and the location plans are in Annex 2.

Other Details

To provide developers with additional time in making their assessment in view of the current COVID-19 situation, we will offer a longer tender period of 6 months and the tender for the two land parcels at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 and Tengah Garden Walk will close at 12 noon on 25 May 2021 at URA and HDB respectively.
