We aim to respond to you within 3 to 5 working days for general enquiries and within 14 working days for more complex cases. We seek your understanding that case-specific enquiries or appeals may take longer as we assess your request holistically.

Sales/ Resale Customer Service Line: 6866-3066 
For enquiries about buying or selling HDB flats, including the HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter, sales exercises, applications, and schemes. This hotline offers <a href="/-/media/about-us/contact-us/IVR-Menu-21Nov2025.png" target="_blank">Interactive Voice Response Options</a>. To reduce waiting time, we encourage you to view the services available before calling.
Branch Service Line: 6225-5432 
For enquiries about residential matters, including leases, car park, flat maintenance, renting a flat from HDB, housing finance, and EASE.
SERS Enquiry Line: 6866-3070 
For Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS) enquiries, including rehousing benefits, financial package for replacement flats, and related procedures.
Commercial Properties General Enquiry Line: 6866-3073 
For enquiries on HDB commercial properties, such as tenancy, lease, maintenance and booking of bus interchange space/ common area for promotional activities. This hotline operates from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. 
Emergency Hotline: 1800-455-0089 
For critical safety issues that require immediate attention, such as a fire, a fallen window or a wall collapse.
HDB Main Line: We have discontinued our general enquiry hotline 6490-1111 from 1 March 2026. You may contact us via the other dedicated hotlines listed above or <a href="https://www.hdb.gov.sg/write-to-us">write to us</a>.
