Transfer of Season Parking

You can transfer your season parking ticket when there is permanent change of:
  • car park group;
  • vehicle; or
  • vehicle type e.g. from motorcycle to car

The approval of the transfer is subject to the availability of the parking lot and computation of a new expiry date. The computation of a new expiry date will apply when there is a change of car park type or/and vehicle type.

The transfer will take permanent effect, i.e. you are not allowed to transfer from Car Park A to Car Park B on Monday and then Car Park B to Car Park A on Tuesday.

For car parks implemented with Electronic Parking System (EPS), you are required to inform HDB the new vehicle IU number if you are retaining the old vehicle registration number for your new vehicle.

If there is no change in vehicle type and car park type, the transfer will not involve any payment.

Example 1
If you transfer from a motorcycle to a car at the same surface car park which is to take effect on the 1st of the month, you will have to pay the difference of $50, because:
  • Charges for motorcycle : $15 and
  • Charges for car : $65

Example 2
If you transfer from a multi-storey car park ($90) to a surface car park ($65) for the same car which is to take effect on 1st of the month, we will refund you $25 due to the difference in the parking charges for different car park type.
