Temporary Season Parking Ticket is issued only for a short period of time. It is not intended for long term or frequent use.
Temporary Season Parking Ticket can be issued to you if you are a valid season parking holder and:
- your vehicle was sent to the workshop for repair and you drive home a temporary replacement vehicle
- you are working as a car dealer or in a car rental company whereby you need to keep changing cars due to your nature of work
- you need to park your vehicle at another car park temporarily eg wife's confinement
For SPT holders who require to park at another car park temporarily, you are
i) required to notify HDB at least 3 working days in advance before HDB can process your request
ii) allowed to be issued to a maximum of 2 times within the same month
iii) required to submit documentary evidence to support your request
The issuance of Temporary Season Parking Ticket is subject to availability of parking lots.

Documentary Evidence
You are required to produce documentary evidence to support your request for a temporary season parking ticket at another car park.
For example, when you need to park your vehicle at another car park temporarily due to your wife's confinement, you would require to submit medical documentary evidence to substantiate your request.

Send an Email
If there is no payment involved, you can send an email request to any
HDB Branch/Service Centre. Please enclose your supporting documents if you park your vehicle at another car park temporarily.
For request made after office hour/over weekends, HDB will look into it on the next working day.
If there is payment involved, you are required to visit any
HDB Branch/Service Centre to complete the transaction.
Send a Fax
If there is no payment involved, you can fax your request to any
HDB Branch/Service Centre. Please enclose your supporting documents if you park your vehicle at another car park temporarily.
For request made after office hour/over weekends, HDB will look into it on the next working day.
If there is payment involved, you are required to visit any
HDB Branch/Service Centre to complete the transaction.
Visit any HDB Branch/Service Centre
You can visit any
HDB Branch/Service Centre with the documents evidence during office hours, i.e. from 8 am to 5 pm to complete the transaction.
Payment will be involved when there is a change of car park type e.g. from surface car park to multi-storey car park.
