You can renew your season parking ticket using any of the following methods:
Through Inter-Bank GIRO scheme
 | GIRO scheme is a hassle-free, convenient and an efficient mode of payment. It is a cashless and automated transaction in which there is no need to remember the date of renewal of season parking.
Under the GIRO Scheme, you will be given a 2% rebate for each successful renewal. |
To apply for the GIRO Scheme, simply print the
Online GIRO application form or obtain a copy of the form from any
HDB Branch/Service Centre, fill it and mail to:

You will be informed of the commencement date for the deduction once your bank has approved the application. Alternatively, you may subscribe to be notified of the approval of your GIRO application via OneInbox from the eCitizen portal at

Through e-Service

The acceptable modes of payment are:
- Direct Debit (which is under Citibank, DBS, UOB and OCBC only. For this, you will need your Internet Banking ID, Password and Token)
- Visa
- MasterCard
Through Mobile Application
Renew On-the-Go, and at your fingertips via mobile application
i) by downloading the app through:
a) Apps Store (iPhone)

By AXS Station
You can renew at any AXS Station.
The AXS Station accept payment by NETS. The maximum amount that you can pay using NETS depends on the maximum limit set.

By SAM Kiosk
You can renew at any SAM kiosk.
The SAM kiosks accept payment by NETS. The maximum amount that you can pay using NETS depends on the maximum limit set.

Payment by Cheque
You can send a cheque by mail or deposit it in the cheque deposit boxes at any HDB Branch/Service Centre. The cheque must:
- Be crossed
- Make payable to 'Housing & Development Board'
- Indicate the following on the reverse of the cheque
- Your vehicle number
- The purpose of the payment (e.g. renew season parking ticket)
In Person
You can personally visit any of the HDB Branch/Service Centres to renew your season parking ticket.
