Points to note:
- All gas riser pipes including riser branch pipe (before sub-meter) must not be tampered with.
- All gas pipes must NOT be embedded in the common partition walls.
- Gas Pipes are NOT allowed in bedrooms. Space with gas pipes are therefore not allowed to be converted to bedrooms.
- All gas pipe alteration works must be carried out by City Gas Pte Ltd or a Licensed Gas Service Worker.

Removal of surface-run water pipes

- The pipes are to be terminated with compression fitting capping with at least 50 mm length protruding from the wall.
