A) Calculation of Stamp duty and Other Fees Payable when signing the Agreement for Lease

1) Calculation of Stamp duty on Agreement for Lease

Stamp duty is based on the selling price of the flat. Please visit Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) website to make use of their Stamp Duty calculator.

#A caveat is lodged with the Singapore Land Authority to protect the buyer's interest in the flat. This is done by giving notice of the buyer's interest pending Lease registration.
