The Housing and Development Board is launching the tender for sale of land at Clementi Avenue 4 under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) on 26 Jan 2011 (Tuesday). The tender will close at 12 noon on 8 Mar 2011 (Tuesday).

Another DBSS site at Pasir Ris Central, with an estimated yield of 460 units, will be launched for tender in Mar 2011. More sites for DBSS development will be made available if there is sustained demand. Information on DBSS can be found in Annex 1
7In 2010, HDB sold 5 land parcels for DBSS development in Yishun, Bedok, Tampines, Hougang & Jurong West. These 5 land parcels will yield about 3,000 DBSS flats and this pipeline supply will come on-stream progressively in 2011.
