Tender Launch: Sale Of Land Parcel Sengkang S7 At Sengkang West Avenue / Fernvale Link For Condominium Housing Development

The Housing & Development Board (HDB) is launching the condominium housing site, Sengkang S7, at Sengkang West Avenue / Fernvale Link (194KB) for sale by public tender on 8 January 2010 (Friday). The tender will close at 12 noon on 4 February 2010 (Thursday).
2 The Land Parcel was made available for sale through the Reserve List on 25 June 2008. As a developer had committed to submit a minimum bid of S$70 million, HDB announced on 28 December 2009 that this land parcel will be put up for public tender. The minimum bid price is hence S$70 million, and any tender below it will not be accepted.
3 Located along the scenic riverfront of Sungei Punggol, the site offers waterfront living in the heartland. The details of the Land Parcel are as follows:
