Order of priority for allocation of parking lots

As our car parks are primarily meant for HDB residents, the prioritising of parking allocation is necessary to ensure fair distribution of parking lots.

You can refer to the table below for the various priority groups, and corresponding booking dates for car parks with low and high occupancy rates. Successful allocation depends on the availability of parking lots at the designated car park at the point of purchase.

Car parks with low occupancy rates

Booking starts from the 1st of the month and renewal is by electronic modes (i.e. e-Service via HDB InfoWEB, Mobile@HDB, AXS payment channels, GIRO or Recurring Payment by Credit Cards) only.

Car parks with high occupancy rates

We will prioritise the allocation of parking lots in these car parks. Different booking dates are allocated to different priority groups.

Priority Group Booking Date

1st Priority

  • HDB flat owners, tenants, authorised occupiers, and approved sub-tenants of whole flats

Season parking sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. Motorists are highly encouraged to purchase their season parking once it is open for booking, as the season parking sales will be opened to other priority groups in the subsequent days.

Monthly Season Parking Charges

Your season parking charges vary with the location and type of car park applied for.

Tier 1 season parking rate will apply to a resident's first car of the household. Resident must be the registered flat owner/ occupier/ tenant living in the HDB precinct served by the car park.

Tier 2 season parking rate will apply to the residents' subsequent cars and all cars of non-residents.

These two tiers will also apply to registered flat owners/ tenants/ stall holders of HDB shops and market stalls.

Note: First-time purchasers can apply season parking for the current month with full rate or buy a longer-term season parking with pro-rated charge for the current month plus following month(s). As season parking is for long-term use and sold on a calendar month basis, termination of the pro-rated season parking (i.e. current month and subsequent month) is not allowed.

For example, if you purchase season parking from 13th Mar to 31st May, you will not be allowed to terminate your season parking from 13th Mar to 30th Apr. You can however, request to terminate your season parking on 30th Apr and your unused season parking charges from 1st May to 31st May will be refunded.
